By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Services, you (“User,” “you”) expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1.1 Use of the Services is strictly limited to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have otherwise reached the age of majority under the applicable laws of their jurisdiction.
1.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet the foregoing requirements and that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
2.1 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity conducted under their account.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms or applicable law.
3.1 Content uploaded, transmitted, or otherwise made available on the Services (“User Content”) remains the intellectual property of the User.
3.2 By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute such content as necessary for the operation of the Services.
3.3 Users are strictly prohibited from uploading or disseminating content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, obscene, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable, including but not limited to:
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
Hate speech, incitement to violence, or threats;
Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material.
4.1 The Services, including all trademarks, trade names, logos, software, and underlying technology, are and remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
4.2 Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any portion of the Services without prior written authorization.
5.1 All subscription fees and other payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by the terms of such providers.
5.2 Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at the Company’s sole discretion.
5.3 Users who receive payouts are solely responsible for compliance with applicable tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
6.1 Users shall not:
Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security features;
Harass, stalk, or exploit other Users;
Share, resell, or otherwise distribute paid or restricted content outside the Services.
7.1 The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Services, without liability, in the event of violation of these Terms.
8.1 The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
8.2 The Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.
9.2 In no event shall the Company’s aggregate liability exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company within the preceding twelve (12) months.
10.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].
